Bringing together over 8,000 college students from around the US and over 52 countries around the world, the WDW College Program is one of the largest internship programs in the US. Open to all majors, participants take part in a one-of-a-kind Disney living, working, and learning experience. All participants live in one of Disney’s College Program apartment complexes, while working in various paid entry-level positions throughout the world-famous WDW Resort.

Established in 1981, the College Program brings some of the top students from around the world to work at the WDW Resort near Orlando, Florida.  As the most visited tourist destination in the world, WDW is made up of 4 theme parks, 2 water parks, and over 20 resort hotels spanning 47 square miles of land (roughly the size of the city of San Francisco).

In addition to providing training by one of the premier customer service companies in the world, the College Program provides a multi-cultural living experience to build friendships with people around the world.  Internship and college credit is available, depending on the student’s university.  Due to the special nature of our Campus Crusade for Christ projects at WDW, please refer to specific projects for application information.
