There's no other job like it on Earth! You'll join one of the most well-known teams in the world as you make vacations come alive at WDW! All job roles involve constant people interaction with both Guests (customers) and Cast Members (employees). And many of those you will be working with are college students that are also part of the Disney College Program.

ROLES
All available roles for the summer are entry level positions at the Magic Kingdom theme park of WDW. Disney will notify you of your role placement upon acceptance by Disney. Summer roles may include (please note that the availability of these roles may change):

Operations (Attractions, Parking, Park Greeter, Ticket Operations)

Merchandise

Quick Serve Food & Beverage

Custodial

Full Service Food & Beverage

HOURS
Expect to be working a lot! Summer work schedules will range from 40-45 hours a week (and possibly overtime), with days off coming on weekdays (rarely weekends). But keep in mind that many of your friendships and opportunities to tell others about the gospel will come at work! For many previous WDW Summer Project participants, the opportunities at work and friendships with co-workers was one of the highlights of the summer.

PAY
Your pay rate is a minimum of $7.45 per hour. You will be paid on a weekly basis, starting 2 weeks after you begin working.

TRANSPORTATION TO WORK

You will have the same work location and schedule as at least 4 other students on the Summer Project.  Thus, if you do not have a car this summer, you can carpool to work with the other 3 in your group.  If you have the option of bringing your car this summer, we encourage you to bring it.  This will make things more convenient for you over the summer, and it will also help the entire summer project as we will need enough cars to get everyone to and from work and for all the other exciting summer project events.  But if you don’t have a car this summer, that’s okay!  You’ll be able to get around with other summer project students.

A world famous job...
