Our scope is hundreds of US campuses and over 52 countries around the world.  Our location is the 47 square miles of the WDW Resort.  But our focus is the individual lives of the 8,000 college students that pass through the WDW College Program every year.

As staff and interns we bring leadership, resources, and coaching to develop students who will return home as leaders with the gospel at the foundation of their life.  Much of our time is invested into our Campus Crusade for Christ student leaders who are pouring into their peers’ lives at WDW, with a large portion also devoted to meeting and caring for College Program students from around the globe.

No day is every the same at WDW, but a typical week includes coaching our student leaders in living in the gospel and the development of spiritual movements, initiating and building relationships with College Program students, hosting events and hospitality with College Program students, planning and dreaming together as a team, and having bucket loads of fun!  Throughout the year we experience continual training and development, take on leadership throughout the team, and take part in our annual Christmas Conferences and Summer Projects.
