We’re looking for students with high initiative, a heart to invest in people’s lives, and a desire to grow as a leader.  Summer Project experience or working with international students on your campus is highly recommended, although not required. 

Students on the Semester Project at WDW will be part of both the Campus Crusade for Christ Semester Project and the Disney College Program. Thus, students must be accepted to BOTH the Semester Project and to the Disney College Program.

Because of the unique nature of this Semester Project, here's what the application process for the Semester Project looks like...

1) Complete your Campus Crusade for Christ Semester Project application (click here to begin your online application)

You will receive a phone call from one of the Semester Project Directors regarding your application. If your Semester Project application is accepted, then you will move onto step 2...

2) Complete a special online Disney College Program application & interview

Following your interview with Disney, if you are then given an offer by the Disney College Program, you are accepted to the Semester Project at WDW. Acceptance to the Semester Project is contingent on being accepted by both Campus Crusade for Christ and Disney.
